Seems there is an incompatibility issue with MS Office applications, but we still cannot duplicate the problem.

Could you send your settings profile (Tools\Profile\Export) to support@crystaloffice.com so we can duplicate the problem?

I received your email with standard security profiles from the Profiles folder. But I asked you about your current profile. Use Profile\Export command to save it to a file.

Right-click WinLock tray icon and select Properties. If you've disabled the tray icon, use winlock.exe -showicon command or http://www.crystaloffice.com/files/showicon.exe utility to restore it.
