Screen Flicker

how come when winlock is activated the shortcuts on my desktop flicker and the system seems to generally slow down? Does this have something to do with the priority setting: low, normal or high?

This may happens when some other software constantly overrides the security settings that are monitored by WinLock (especially the regisrty keys). To suppress the flickering, turn System monitoring option off.
