Message - here you can type message that will be displayed in the pop up notification window.
Don't show message when the time is over - if the check box is selected and the time of appointment has already passed, the notification window will not be shown.
All day appointment - an appointment that lasts at least 24 hours or longer.
Icon - the icon that will be displayed in the schedule and notification window.
Reminder - select this option to have the appointment remind you before its start time.
Custom sound - If you want to select special sound file
for the appointment - enter its name in Custom sound
file.
Note: if you leave
this field blank, the default sound will be used.
