Is there any way to install WinlockPro in silent mode where no user interaction is needed?

Please use /silent command line parameter.

But can you package it to install silently with a custom .wlp profile?

You need a batch script to run WinLock installation in silent mode and execute winlock.exe -profile <profile file name> after install.
